Brock Road Garage Tirecraft(member of the Carflex Group) is a rapidly growing automotive repair, tire and service business. We are looking for an energetic, Tire Advisor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be motivated, punctual and eager to learn our business. We provide paid training and competitive wages, with guaranteed hours.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, check in customers.
- Answer the phone and correspond through email, answering customer inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Create tire & wheel quotes and review them with customers
- Organize courtesy vehicles and customer pick ups/drop off
- Finalize invoices and process payments
- Develop positive relationships with new and return customers

Requirements:
- Must Love Cars!
- 0-5+ years in a Service Advisor or Customer Service Role
- Experience in the Automotive is preferred
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask under pressure
- Positive and outgoing with strong interpersonal skills
- Motivated to learn and grow with the company
- Comfortable with technology and modern software
- Valid G driver’s license
