Job description
Our chiropractic office is looking for a chiropractic health assistant / receptionist. Duties include welcoming patients, utilize patient management software, answer phones, schedule appointments, supervise office functions, process payments and billing and reconciling WSIB and MVA insurance claims.
The ideal candidate will be organized and have excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be available to work one or two evenings a week, as well as every other Saturday morning. We will consider part-time or full-time applications. Any related experience working with patients in a similar setting is an asset.
