What You Will Do:
- Deliver concrete in a timely manner to the customer
- Work with dispatch to determine the quickest and safest route to job sites
- Keep vehicle clean and organized in a safe manner
- Work in the concrete block yard on occasion
- Perform maintenance around the concrete plant as directed by the supervisor
- Maintain a superior attitude when working with other employees and customers
- Play a key role in influencing the morale of other employees
- Observe and follow all safety policies, procedures and rules specified by the Company, our customers and government regulations
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have a Class 1 (preferred) or Class 3 license with Air Endorsement
- Have a clean drivers abstract
- Demonstrate basic mechanical knowledge or skills for minor preventative maintenance and pre-shift inspections
- Demonstrate good problem solving skills
- Be in good physical condition to at times lift items of 50 lbs
- Be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time as well as kneel, climb ladders and walk on varied terrain
- Be available to work 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) with some weekends as required
