Position: Customer Fulfillment Specialist
Location: Vancouver, BC (Saltyface offices near Clark and Terminal)

As we continue to establish our in-house fulfillment operations in Vancouver, we are seeking a passionate and caring Customer Fulfillment Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:
As the Customer Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building and operating our Canadian fulfillment operations. You will oversee the end-to-end order management process, ensuring seamless order processing, timely shipping, and inventory management. This position requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient systems and workflows to streamline order management and fulfillment processes.
- Manage daily fulfillment operations (including picking and packing) for both direct-to-consumer orders, wholesale shipments, and nurture/oversee 3PL relations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, shelving, counting, and periodic audits.
- Collaborate across departments including sales, operations, and marketing, fostering a caring and collaborative work culture.
- Prioritize the unboxing experience by ensuring visually appealing product displays in every package.
- Demonstrate proficiency in software systems related to fulfillment and troubleshoot any technological issues that arise.

- Excellent attention to detail, particularly in ensuring a visually appealing presentation of products.
