Responsibilities:
- Perform automotive repairs and preventative maintenance tasks on a variety of vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Road Test and test systems and components using computerized diagnostics and other devices to diagnose and isolate faults
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance services
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repair options
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed
- Follow a process to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Licensed/Red Seal Automotive Service Technician
- OOP/CVIP is preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
