We are looking for a nanny/family assistant for a family of five.
We are looking for someone who can do a little bit of everything, as there are many tasks around the household that have increasingly consumed our time.
The position will be Monday through Friday
Duties:
- Provide attentive and responsible care for children in a safe and nurturing environment
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, educational games, and crafts
- Prepare meals and snacks for children, ensuring they are nutritious and suitable for any dietary restrictions
- Assist with homework and educational activities, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up after activities and ensuring the safety of the space
- Follow any specific instructions or routines provided by parents regarding the care of their children
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on the child's activities, behavior, and any concerns that may arise
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children in a babysitting or nanny role
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
Experience:
- Nanny: 2 years (preferred)
- Family Assistant: 2 years (preferred)
