Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and experienced Private Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and organization of a private residence. As a Private Housekeeper, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, managing household supplies, and ensuring that the residence is always tidy and well-maintained. The ideal candidate should have exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Maintenance:

Perform thorough and efficient cleaning of all rooms in the residence, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and any additional spaces as required.

Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, carpets, and upholstery.

Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, appliances, and utensils.

Ensure that all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures are cleaned and polished.

Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs.

Regularly change bed linens and towels.

Handle laundry and ironing duties, including washing, folding, and storing clothes.

Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the employer.
Organization and Maintenance of Household Supplies:

Maintain an inventory of cleaning and household supplies and inform the employer when items need to be replenished.

Manage household supplies, including cleaning products, toiletries, and other items as required.

Ensure that cleaning equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working condition.
Household Management:

Assist with organizing and decluttering of household items.

Handle basic household maintenance tasks, such as light bulb replacements, minor repairs, and coordinating with external service providers when necessary.

Accept deliveries and handle mail as instructed.

Assist with occasional event planning and preparation, including setting up and cleaning up after events.

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the personal and private matters of the employer and their family.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role, preferably in a private residence.

Strong knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Good physical stamina and the ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.

Discretion and respect for privacy.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings when required.

Valid driver's license and clean drivers abstract
