Viet House is now looking to hire a server to join our team. We’re excited to bring on a new member that is passionate in the hospitality industry in order to build a regular customer base and help grow our exciting atmosphere!
Employees will be responsible for opening and closing duties for the restaurant. Duties include:
- Greeting customers upon arrival at the restaurant
- Providing excellent customer service during their dining experience
- Cleaning tables and preparing spaces for future diners
- Carrying drinks and food from the kitchen area to the tables
- Memorizing the food menu
- Answering phone for take out orders
- Cleaning, sweeping, and mopping
- Collects payment from customers in accordance with established cash handling procedures
- Upkeep of washrooms
- Resolve customer complaints and notify management of any
- complaints received
Licence/Certification:
- Smart Serve, SIR or equivalent (preferred)
