Office Administrator
Duties:
- Perform clerical duties as needed, such as filing, scanning, copying and faxing.
- Must be articulate and able to multi-task.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Maintain and develop working relationships with the team.
- Answer phones and handle calls with a professional demeanor
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Purchase, receive and sell units in the dealer management system.
- Enter invoices, evaluations, etc onto the units in the dealer management system.
- Maintain current customer and vendor information.
- Maintain a correct list of inventory - assist in physical inventory counts.
- Follow up with customers and advise of any post-sale updates.
- Bi weekly advertising in Northern Horizon and other advertising as required.
- Adhere to Foster's Health & Safety Manual and Occupational Health and Safety standards as the company is committed to the protection and wellness of its employees.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in office administration or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
