Triahn Enterprises (2018) LTD is looking for an experienced Dump truck driver to join the team in the Lower Mainland & Fraser Valley area. We currently have jobs lined up in Fruitvale and Kitwanga, BC for the next 2 months. LOA will be paid for out of town work.
You will drive a dump truck & pup to transport and dump loose materials, such as sand, gravel, crushed rock, or paving materials. Haul and deliver materials to and from specified vendors and job sites including loading and unloading in designated areas.
**Storage yard is located in Abbotsford, BC and would be required to be picked up in the morning and brought back when work day ends**
Responsibilities: Communicates with load and unload areas, hauls materials safely to designated areas and maintains safe speed, and observes all haulage. Performs walk-around pre-trip safety inspections. Identifies safety problems or concerns and reports any unsafe conditions to Supervisor including near misses and areas where safety can be improved. Maintain an effective system of communications with supervisors and customers serviced.
Qualifications Valid Class 1 Drivers License. Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience hauling construction materials.
