Lake City Ford Sales Inc is looking for a qualified, flat rate Journeyman Technician to become part of our dynamic team. Consideration will be given to 2nd, 3rd and 4th year Apprentices. Reporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for the duties outlined below:
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair and complete approved services on customers vehicles
- Recommend and perform scheduled maintenance services
- Advise sales staff on work performed, general vehicle condition and future repairs
- Maintain service equipment on a regular basis
- Operate company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner
- Participate in technical and shop procedure training courses
- You must have a strong knowledge of the automotive industry and demonstrate the skills required to provide our customers with outstanding service and value in everything we do.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Ford Technician will be given preference
- Red Seal Certification
- Drivers License and abstract
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of customer service
- Ability to multi-task and work as a member of the team
