Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? The Dental Grants Program is seeking a talented individual to join our team. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in booking appointments for our Territory Manager and connecting them with prospective Dental Offices.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize exceptional customer service skills to book appointments for our Territory Manager.
- Manage a high volume of outbound calls promptly and efficiently.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for every interaction using our Communication Scripts.
- Coordinate meeting times, travel distances, and confirmation details for appointments.
- Update booking notes and follow up with office call-back requests.
- Maximize bookings using provided leads, eliminating the need for cold calling.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette, basic typing skills, and computer proficiency.
- Multitasking abilities, prioritization skills, and effective time management.
- Meticulous attention to detail in updating appointment information.
- Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to take direction.
- Love for interacting with people and fostering positive relationships.

This role is remote, with 2 weeks of paid training in Toronto.
28-37 hours per week.
$21.50 per hour + commission.
