As an Administrative Assistant, the job provides a wide range of administrative and support services to the Office, reporting to the General Manager, Operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The candidate will be taking care of variety of duties such as reception/switchboard
- Provide support by greeting visitors, answering basic inquiries pertaining to company services and/or referring questions to the appropriate staff
- Maintains front office area
- Coordinate, prioritize, and track the flow and distribution of mail, telephone, and electronic information
- Manages supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing orders for supplies
- Provide support to administrative tasks such as coding invoices, expenses, travel, and other related tasks
- Provides support with recruitment administration
- Ensure all AP invoices are sent in for payment processing
- Strong attention to detail and focus are required.
- Assist with managing time sheets and other payroll related help, as needed.
- Arrange for all mail and courier pickups.
- Filing and other administrative/office duties as required

- Knowledge of AR/AP is an asset
- AccPac knowledge an asset
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Demonstrated customer service focus
- Demonstrate ability to perform maturely and professionally ensuring complete confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information
