Crosstown Dental Laboratory is looking for Dental Ceramists and/or Dental Technicians to join its growing team.
We have full-time positions (8am-5pm/M-F) for experienced, successful technicians.
Core abilities requirements:
Seven or more (7+) years of hands-on experience with dental technology in a laboratory.
An outstanding knowledge and understanding of tooth anatomy and morphology.
Ceramists -
Able to complete aesthetic (anterior) cases including full arch or long span bridges in zirconia and PFM with proper contouring, shading and layering for conventional and implant based restorations.
Ability to take and apply custom shades is appreciated.
Technicians -
Able to design aesthetic (anterior) cases including full arch or long span bridges with proper contouring in zirconia and PFM for conventional and implant based restorations.
3Shape and Exocad proficiency or desire to learn digital design are an asset.
Education
High School, College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Dental Laboratory Technician Diploma from an accredited dental school is preferred but not required.

Fast-paced environment, Working under pressure to achieve tight deadlines, High manual dexterity to fabricate custom restorations or perform repetitive tasks, Attention to detail, Ability to distinguish between colours.
Personal Suitability
Flexibility, Judgement, Team player, Effective interpersonal skills, Client focused. Able to sit, stand, walk and offer excellent hand-eye-coordination. Basic spoken English required.
