What we're looking for:
Ideally we'd love to meet an awesome, Red Seal Plumber/Gasfitter who takes pride in excellent work, someone who enjoys meeting new people everyday, solving plumbing and gas problems and a true team player who likes to have fun. We are open to meet 4th year apprentices with service experience as well!
What we need from you:
A drivers license, clean criminal record check and a VICTORIA, BC residence is a must for us, as we are urgently hiring. If you are planning to re-locate to the island THIS FALL - let us know, and we can interview via zoom.
We are 24/7 emergency service plumbing company, so every technician on our team covers one Friday-Monday shift and one Tuesday-Thusday shift of "on-call" work every 6 weeks. We know this can be tough for some, but we make it worth your while with cash bonuses for every call attended, and mornings to sleep in if you've had a late night. Work/life balance is important to our team, so we have done our best to take the sting out of "on-call" while still being there for our clients when they need us most.
What you can expect from us:
We offer excellent compensation based on experience - $40-$45/ hour plus bonuses - $75,000 - $110,000 annually. We work hard to ensure you always have steady hours throughout the year, as well as paid 2 week vacations and a work/life balance that honors your health, your people and your dreams as well.
